Returns & Warranty Information

NeoComputers no longer operates a full returns and repair service for computer components.

Most products supplied by NeoComputers include a manufacturer warranty. For the fastest resolution, customers are strongly advised to contact the manufacturer directly via their official RMA or support service, as manufacturers are typically able to test, repair, or replace products more efficiently.

NeoComputers can assist with warranty queries where required; however, please note that due to limited resources, any support or return handled via NeoComputers may involve significantly longer turnaround times.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, repairs, and refunds in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


🛍️ 1. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we’ll issue a refund or voucher within 14 days.

  • If an item shows signs of use or handling beyond what would be reasonable in a retail environment, we reserve the right to apply a minimum 10% deduction for loss in value.

Please note: Items bought in-store are non-returnable unless faulty.


⚙️ 2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your product is faulty:

  • Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

  • If confirmed faulty within 14 days, the product will be classed as Dead on Arrival (DOA), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the fault is verified.

  • After 30 days, faulty items will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

  • If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we may issue a refund based on fair use value, taking into account product age and usage.


🧰 3. Testing and Inspection

All returned products are inspected and tested.

  • If no fault is found, or if the issue is determined to be user-related (e.g. incorrect installation or configuration), the item will be returned to you.

  • We reserve the right to charge for return shipping or reasonable testing and handling costs if no fault is identified.


🚚 4. Returns Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

  3. Package the item securely and include your RMA number inside and clearly marked on the parcel.

  4. Send the parcel to:

Please ensure the item is packaged adequately to prevent damage.
Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging may be deemed customer damaged and rejected.


🚫 5. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Software, digital licenses, or game codes once activated or opened.

  • Items showing signs of tampering, misuse, or physical damage.

  • Products damaged by user error (e.g. bent CPU pins, liquid damage, overclocking).

  • Custom-built PCs or configured-to-order systems unless faulty on arrival.


🧾 6. Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If your return is approved but the product shows wear or damage, a deduction may apply based on resale value.
Refunds cannot be issued until goods are received and inspected.


🚛 7. Failed Collections / Return Deliveries

If we arrange a courier collection and the parcel is not made available or the customer is not present:

  • The cost of the failed collection may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

  • Repeat collection attempts may incur additional charges.


📦 8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
NeoComputers LTD cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order is dispatched to the address supplied, delivery is considered fulfilled.


🕐 9. Repair Turnaround

Repair or warranty turnaround times are subject to manufacturer processing times.
NeoComputers LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party warranty providers or supply chain issues.
