Shipments
We use a number of different couriers to handle our shipments, all of our parcels are fully tracked. In most cases parcels cannot be left unattended or be delivered to neighbours due to the high risk of fraud.
We work with UPS, DPD and Royal Mail.
We utilise our own tracking page which will show you all of your delivery information such as estimated delivery date, PIN, and timeslot on the day of the delivery. You can find this by clicking the link in the tracking email.

Orders placed with faster delivery and free delivery will be held at the processing stage until they are despatched, this could be until the day before your estimated delivery window.
Deliveries to Northern areas of Scotland and Scottish Highland postcode areas will take longer, please be aware that as mentioned previously next working day is not a guaranteed service.
